1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sobo Creators Analytics ("the Service") at sobo-creators-analytics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sobo Creators Analytics is a self-service comment moderation dashboard that helps content creators manage comments across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The Service allows you to:

• Connect your social media accounts via OAuth authentication
• Configure keyword-based filters to identify spam, scam, and toxic comments
• Automatically or manually moderate (hide or delete) matched comments on your own content
• View scan history, moderation logs, and analytics

3. Account and Access

• You must be the owner or authorized manager of the social media accounts you connect to the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected platform accounts.
• You must not use the Service to access, modify, or moderate content on accounts you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than managing comments on your own content

5. Platform Compliance

The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their official APIs. You acknowledge that:

• Your use of connected platforms is additionally governed by their respective terms of service
• Platform API availability, rate limits, and features may change without notice
• We are not responsible for actions taken by platforms regarding your account or content
• Moderation actions performed through the Service are subject to each platform's policies

6. Moderation Actions

You understand and agree that:

• The Service performs moderation actions (hiding or deleting comments) based on keyword filters you configure
• You are solely responsible for configuring appropriate keyword filters
• Default moderation mode is "hide/reject" which is reversible; permanent deletion is available as an opt-in setting
• We are not liable for comments that are incorrectly flagged or missed by your filters
• We recommend reviewing moderation logs regularly to verify filter accuracy

7. Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sobo Creators Analytics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of content due to moderation actions
• Disruption to your social media accounts
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to your accounts due to factors outside our control

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Sobo Creators Analytics. You retain all rights to your own content and social media data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your platform accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. You may request deletion of all stored data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
