Sobo Creators Analytics ("we", "our", "the Service") is a self-service comment moderation dashboard for content creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service at sobo-creators-analytics.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Sobo Creators Analytics, we collect and process the following information:

Account Authentication Data

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
• Your platform username and profile information as returned by each platform's API

Content Data

• Video/post metadata from your own content (titles, IDs, timestamps)
• Comments on your own content that are retrieved during scans
• Moderation actions taken (hide, delete) and associated metadata

Configuration Data

• Keyword filters and moderation rules you configure
• Platform connection preferences and scan settings

We do not collect personal information from commenters beyond what is publicly available through the platform APIs. We do not access content from other creators' accounts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity with connected platforms
• Retrieve comments from your own videos and posts
• Match comments against your configured keyword filters
• Perform moderation actions (hide or delete) on matched comments at your direction
• Display scan history, moderation logs, and analytics within your dashboard

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the Service.

4. Platform-Specific Data Access

YouTube (Google API Services)

Our use of YouTube data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the youtube.force-ssl scope to read comments from your videos and perform moderation actions (hide/reject or delete). We only access your own channel's data.

Instagram (Meta Platform)

We request instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement permissions. These are used to identify your linked Instagram Business Account, retrieve comments from your posts, and perform moderation actions. We only access accounts you own and manage.

TikTok

We use TikTok Login Kit with the video.list scope to retrieve your video catalog. Comment moderation through TikTok is read-only; we display flagged comments for your review but moderation actions are performed manually on TikTok.

5. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on our secured server
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and are only used to make authorized API requests on your behalf
• All connections to the Service use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Access to server infrastructure is restricted to authorized administrators

6. Data Retention

• OAuth tokens are retained as long as your platform connection is active. When you disconnect a platform, tokens are immediately deleted.
• Scan history and moderation logs are retained indefinitely to support your audit and review needs. You may request deletion at any time.
• Keyword configurations are retained until you delete them.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you through the dashboard
• Export your moderation logs via the CSV export feature
• Disconnect any platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens
• Request deletion of all your data by contacting us

8. Cookies and Tracking

Sobo Creators Analytics does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services. Session data is managed through standard HTTP mechanisms required for OAuth authentication flows.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
